  Ed is definitely my go to Appliance Repair man! He broke out an hour of time shortly after I called him to look at my Maytag washing machine. But first he asked some pointed questions and made some “suggestions” before hand to ensure I really needed his help. He was patient and professional from the start, treating my appliance carefully. Since he understood that I was capable of doing some of my own maintenance items in the future, he took the time to show me what I needed and good places to purchase parts. To say I’d recommend him and call him in the future is an understatement! Dan the retired Navy SEAL

  Great Service at a reasonable price ! Our Clothes Dryer quit working Friday evening , June 21st. After researching several Appliance Repair services online I chose Ivanhoe after ready all the positive reviews. I called at 11:45 AM Saturday morning ( June 22nd ) hoping to get an appointment Monday or Tuesday next week. Ed answered and said he was on a job near by and could be here in ~ 45 minutes. He showed up at 12:30 and quickly had the problem identified as a broken belt. Ed took the unit apart , cleaned out the lint buildup inside ( around motor , etc. ) , replaced the belt and had the unit back together and running by 1:00 !! Ed is knowledgeable , professional and efficient.
