Not sure if I've reviewed this place before or not. But, whenever I visit Asheville (from Charlotte), this is one of our must-go places. Never fails. Great ramen and tapas. Great service e as well.

Ive never been here but my daughter said it was good and that why I brought her. We got sat down got water and my daughter told the waitress give us a couple minutes to order. We waited for what seemed like forever before we just got up and left. The place restaurant itself was nice. But the lack of customer service sucked in general, our waitress seemed like she was ignoring us. But it was just us 2 there to order and I needed to bring back 3 more Togo orders as well. But while waiting and over hearing another waitress say that the next table in front of us dined and dash. maybe that wouldn’t happen if they got back to customers, just saying. Our waitress was thin, dark long hair with dark framed glasses and wearing a bandana. As we left my daughter forgot her phone, I didn’t want anything being said to her so I went back. As I did our waitress was like can I help you? I told her no, you never came back to us so we’re leaving now. I wasn’t rude or anything after I told her an we left. I heard her say have a good night like don’t that…

Food: the food came out nice and hot. We ordered two tapas but dont feel the price justified for the size to be shareable. The shrimp could have been more of for $12 but that's me. The crab rangoons had more cream than crab in it. It was like the ones you can get at Panda Express. The miso soup was big enough to share. It was nice but I can't say it was unique to me. Service: the place was not busy so they were quick to serve but didn't serve much water to us. Ambiance: cute small building with Asian decorations. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Food: I ordered Edamame, Cucumber Salad, House Ramen and Pork Baos. Edamame was great, no notes. Cucumber Salad is not a salad but a thick sliced cucumber with garnish and chili oil and seasoning. House Ramen was good and I subbed chicken in for pork, although it needed something to balance the heavyness like maybe some daikon? The Baos were nice but the pork was very salty and the sauce on top was good but felt like too much. The Baos also had a thick sliced cucumber in each one and I just feel like thinner slices would've been much better. Not bad but the flavor profile was a kind of one note: salt 🧂 Service: Solid hostess, very nice young lady. Atmosphere: We sat outside which was fine but we had two tables pushed together and one was so wobbly the water in our glasses spilled a bit at the slightest touch. We were able to scoot over but with the small plates and drinks anything put on that table needed to be carefully balanced. Also the chairs were aluminum and very uncomfortable. I'd recommend sitting inside. Overall: Solid if you want ramen but not my first choice.

Enjoyed lunch here with family. Our first time at Itto and we loved it. A couple of us tried sushi rolls prior to our main lunch choices. We all chose Ramen dishes and were so happy with our choices. Large bowls filled with full flavored broth, lots of Ramen noodles along with our choices of ingredients from the menu. It was a light lunch crowd on this Saturday. We had prompt pleasant service. This is a great option for Ramen and I look forward to coming back to try some of their Asian Fusion dishes. There are three locations in the Asheville area. I definitely recommend Itto!
