  The condos where I live have used It's Done for a couple of years for snow removal and lawn mowing. The work has been consistently shoddy. Their employees seem more concerned with getting it done as fast as possible, with little interest in doing it well. Recently, they mowed the grass and caused deep gouges throughout the entire lawn, which runs most of a block N/S and a full block E/W. In communication from our condo management company, It's Done told them it was a machine problem. There was undoubtedly a problem with the machine but the operator chose to continue driving it, at speed, even though it was tearing up the lawn and scratching the sidewalks. As they went back and forth multiple times, it is not possible that they didn't notice. The response from It's Done was to come back and mow the lawn again. This has in no way fixed the problem, as you can see from the attached photos. Included a couple pics of their snow removal as well. So far there has been no damage from snow removal but their work is poor at best. And we pay $1200+ a month for this!

  Collect $ that doesn't belong to them and then after giving their word to return it, never do. Don't response to eMails nor give updates.

  Another great job by Mike and the boys at IT'S DONE GROUP!!! We have used them for our spring yard clean up for the past 2 years and they have been quick, reliable and clean.
