  The food here is absolutely amazing — the flavors are spot on and clearly made with skill. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The older lady at the front was noticeably unwelcoming, with a cold attitude that made the experience uncomfortable. It's disappointing when great food is paired with such poor customer interaction. A smile and a little warmth would go a long way.

  Went there at 8pm says they close at 11pm limited amount of food left. 3 big flat-screen tvs on the wall behind the counter all off no menu. Signs on table says to scan for menu, scan the code I have to download their app to see the menu no thank you I have enough apps. Ask the employee serving the prices and sizes of meals she says everything is one size she turns on the tv's with the menu. OK order brown stew chicken wanted jerk pork but a online order took the rest of what was left. Got the salmon that said $20 on the menu she makes the plate....a bunch of rice and ONE SMALL PIECE OF SALMON FOR $20 I'm like is that it for $20. OK go to pay bill comes up to $43 and I'm looking at the screen the salmon is $25 I'm like the menu say $20 she says oh that menu is old 😡 I'm tired and frustrated at this point look at the bill some more there's a restaurant fee on it I'm like what's that for she just laughs lord have mercy that was my first time there and it will be my last time there i put golden krust above them

  Seems to be a nice place for Jamaican food. What I found ironic is that when you ask for extra gravy there is a $1.50 charge that I was not notified about. The menu screen was blacked out.

  Horrible attitude from the woman at the front, we ordered tonight, October 13. Whatever her name is needs to be fired. She also said the food would take 20 minutes and it took 30-40 minutes. She was also on FaceTime on her phone, and threw down chicken someone changed their mind on. Shame because the food is good but I won’t be back

  Saucia and Miss Debbie were absolutely amazing! They greeted me so warmly and made me feel welcome right away. The customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!
