  Worked with Amanda and she went out of her way to make certain all the details were covered as we had many moving parts with two different reservations. Great job and their properties have always been as promised.

Amanda is professional, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of.   The house itself was very pretty (37Red Oak) and the layout was perfect for our family needs. You can tell there was a water problem at some point as all of the ceilings have water spots, peeling paint, and cracked drywall/plaster that have not been repaired.(I wish I had remembered to take pictures.) Additionally we had to notify the property management about bees nests around the pool. I’m aware they can’t know everything going on until someone makes them aware so I didn’t get upset until we saw how they handled it. They sent out maintenance guys to try and spray them with something you could buy at Walmart which only made them mad and didn’t kill them. Because they were not adequately dealt with, and because of my SEVERE allergy, I missed out on multiple days in the pool with my family in fear of being stung after other family members had already been stung multiple times. After several emails, they finally sent a pest removal company that sprayed with something stronger but unfortunately they didn’t arrive until the afternoon of our last day. It was disappointing that I couldn’t enjoy the entire property with the rest of my family.
