  I set up an appointment for quote. Was called back and was told if we're not ready to purchase within 30 days they're "too busy" to come out, and would rather give a quote until we're ready to purchase within that time frame. I needed to get quotes from different places to make the best decision financially and we couldn't even get that from them because apparently we're not worth their time if we're not purchasing in 30 days. Avoid talking to their rep at HOME DEPOT! Waste of time!

  We had our AC unit serviced by Stafford. He did an outstanding job and was very knowledgeable. He took his time and kept us abreast of his work. Carrie from the office was also very professional and friendly and called several times to confirm the appointment. Thank you Island Comfort.

  Had a deep cleaning for first time after over 5 yrs and my split unit is working amazing. Every night I feel like it's a blizzard in my room, Ac blowing strong in my face and like new. Our tech was very nice and informative, knowledgeable in what he does. I always wanted a deep clean but never got around to it till i was stopped in lowes who was offering a great deal of just a little over $100 for the deep clean. I even had to reschedule my cleaning due to work and they assisted me in that and kept the deal. I ended up signing up for the twice a year maintenance for a few yrs to keep my unit going strong and to just maintain it as the tech said our unit had some growth/mold. Would be nice if they changed plan to be able to pay as you go when they come for maintenance but the plan required all costs up front. Still a Great investment though. Happy with their service.

  The two guys that come to my house were awesome. Not only did they know their stuff but they took the time to show me and explain everything that concerned them. They went above and beyond. Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much!!!

  4 years ago we purchased ac units totaling 12000$ . We have had them serviced by them each year (another $4000) so that we would keep our warranty ( the warranty that was supposed to cover everything) the last time they came to service they said our units are rusting really badly and that they have a buy back program. They’ll buy back these junk 4 year old ones and then let us buy new ones, which are worth twice as much as the old ones. Where’s the warranty? Oh the warranty doesn’t cover rust?!!! So we fall For this and decide to add additional units, we get a price, sign a legal and binding contract only to be told two days later that the contract was 10,000$ to cheap and that they weren’t going to honor it?!!! Do not do business with this company. They do not stand by what they say or what sign. They sell products that are junk and pretend to be doing you a favor of buying them back only to make you pay the exact amount for the new units they will sell You. Stay far away from this company !!
