The staff were very helpful and gave good information and instructions on use of cart, we had no problems and our 18 month old granddaughter really loved riding on it. We will be back next year. Thanks for adding to the fun we had during the week.

- APAshley PowellMay 6, 20171.0Unfortunately we had a bad experience during our visit looking to rent bicycles from this shop. The woman at the front desk was not friendly when I politely asked if they price matched with the other bike rentals on the island, then she asked if we would need helmet rentals and I asked about what the laws were out of curiosity (being a tourist I just wanted to be informed and know what I needed to do to be compliant), and there was an insinuation that I wouldn't protect my child to the best of my ability when she stated, "we speak for the child who can't speak for them self, so we require it here.". First of all, you will never speak for my child, I would always protect my child from any danger, and insinuating I would otherwise cost you business from our family and our friend's family and hopefully any other family who should never feel the way you made us feel by asking a simple question to be informed. You should probably speak with your staff about friendliness, customer service, and being respectful to family's that provide the means for you to make a living. I will not and would not recommend this place to anyone visiting in the future. The only reason I gave this place 1 star is that it requires it to write a review.
