  This is the best spa and pool business I’ve ever delt with . Their service techs Rusty and Brandon are exceptional. I did not at any time think that they were not trustworthy and that’s huge for me ! They were both very knowledgeable and quick. This was the second time they’ve come to my home and both times were exceptional service. I am also dealing with Tracy now for a different issue and she is also exceptionally kind , and helpful . I truly like these folks and will continue to do business with them.?Thank you Isaacs Pools !

  We had a great experience with Ashley from Isaac Spa. Isaac was able to schedule her within just a few days of calling, which was impressive. Our hot tub hadn’t been used in a long time per the previous owners (we just moved here a month ago), and Ashley spent hours thoroughly cleaning it and balancing the chemicals. She took the time to explain how to use and maintain the spa, which was very helpful. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly—and now our spa looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

  This season, following a liner replacement, I worked with Ashley to bring the tap water in my pool to within swimming pool specs. She tested the water sample, created a treatment plan and provided step by step instructions. To ensure I couldn’t screw it up she wrote on each bottle/box what I needed to do. She deviated from what the computer model indicated would balance my pool expertly. The result was a perfectly balanced pool which my family has enjoyed all season.   These guys are great for cleaning a pool but we have been trying for SIX months to have them replace our heater and do some work on our pool and they cant be bothered to return our numerous calls and we even stopped by in person to address. The guy in the store said the best he could do was send an email. HORRIBLE service. Yes take my money every month but cant be bothered to serve your customers- how about just being honest and saying you dont have staff? Adding to this initial review! After leaving review I was texted and called numerous times by Tracy who told me the owner was mad at them for the review. She knew factually that the team had been out there in April and we still had no quote. She stated the construction department was different than her dept. I told her that the heaters needed replaced she said i know i was sending someone over today - why today I ask after months of no action. She said she didnt have an answer and i told her thats a ridiculous answer she then told me she wouldn't be spoken to that way and said she was cancelling our ongoing pool service effective immediately! Horrible beyond Horrible customer experience! She took zero accountability for their failures. The owner needs to find someone that can lead people and customers. Read all recent reviews - this is a real problem with this company.

  Isaacs Pools and Spas did an excellent job! They came out on the exact day they promised, and I really appreciated the courtesy text an hour before arrival—just like they said they would. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and got our hot tub fixed quickly. It’s hard to find service this reliable, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Isaac Pools and Spas to anyone in need of pool or spa service!
