    Timothy came to inspect a gas fireplace and indoor grill. Both had been capped and needed parts. He also educated me on where to find my AC filter and gave me maintenance suggestions. Very professional and pleasant.

    Timithy Kuhn arrived to install a replacement part in my Navien Combi-Boiler, and did so efficiently and professionally. Heat and hot water now functioning . This appt was added on due to part arrival timing, and we greatly appreciated his rectifying the no heat/no hot water condition this evening!

    Mike (and Jason) was back for a second installation, this time mini-splits. He was exceptional.Knowledgable, personable, and professional. Took his time, and treated our home like his own (again). Without question I would recommend him for work. Had a great experience with our estimator (Matt), too. Asked great questions about our needs, took what we said into consideration, then came up with a proposal that was fair and competitive. He also responded to inquiries quickly, addressing any concerns we had.
