The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding during such a stressful time. They explained everything clearly, treated my pet with so much compassion, and made sure I felt reassured throughout the entire visit. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs urgent, professional, and heartfelt care.
- SDShania DeniseSep 2, 20255.0We had the most amazing and calming experience with Ironhorse! I came in with my dachshund who injured her back. As a pet parent, I have never such a fear like this. So as soon as I began talking to the receptionist I started crying, but she was sooooo kind and eased my mind throughout this process. They took my girl back to examine her and the Vet called me to a room. She, as compassionately as she could, sat me down and told me the unfortunate news our girl was diagnosed with IVDD and was deemed paralyzed. As I bawled, she talked me through the next steps with such care. We were referred to Beacon Specialist in Fremont to ultimately have emergency surgery for her. (Our girl received the care she needed and can now walk!) I HIGHLY recommend this location, I can not imagine going to a vet where we felt rushed, pushed, and lacked empathy. Our animals are like our children and I am so glad we had the support here like we did.

A while later after our emergency visit to fix her broken hip. I was and am so grateful for the understanding and kindness as well when I had to return to receive her ashes after she passed. (She passed from old age) Thank you iron horse, I'll never forget. I suggest going here over any other emergency vet. 💚
