  These guys rock! Made arrangements to get a part after hours and I got back up and mowing before the next day. Wasn’t even broken down for 12 hours!

  The worst parts department I’ve ever dealt with by far. Called Saturday 8/24 for some simple mower maintenance items (PTO pulleys, blades, etc) and some were not in stock so I asked for them to be drop shipped as I live a couple hours away and the parts they had in stock to also be shipped. They told me I would have all the parts to my house the next week, week of 8/25. Called again 8/30 because I had not seen the parts yet. The next parts person said the prior parts person must have messed up the order and they were not drop shipped and instead went to their shop. He informed me they also did not have a form of payment saved or my address on file to ship the parts. He said everything would be bundled together and shipped out Spee-Dee and be to me Monday 9/2. I let it go, mistakes happen. I paid to rent a mower so I could get my large yard done over the weekend. Called again Wednesday 9/4 because I still hadn’t seen my parts and Spee-Dee should have shown up Monday. Oops it hadn’t gone out yet for some reason but they will ship it right away and I’ll have it by Friday 9/6. At this point I had decided next time I’ll go elsewhere as there are some serious issues at this location. Friday 9/6 I get home from work and parts still haven’t showed up so I call them again to make sure they are showing up. Parts person can’t find any record of invoicing me and no record of it shipping said she will call me back. Calls me back and says oh I see what happened it wasn’t on the outgoing delivery table but underneath/near it so it didn’t ship out. We’ll get it shipped out and it will be to you by Monday 9/9. I guess I’m paying to rent a mower again this weekend. I’ve never left a negative review before in my life, I looked through my reviews history. I would not recommend doing business with Iron Hide Grand Forks. At the very least not for shipping out parts, maybe the other departments are better managed. Management - seriously people should be fired or placed on probation over this. There is no reason a task as routine as drop shipping a part should get this messed up, this many times. I worked for Bobcat aftermarket parts for three years so I have a good understanding of the systems used and I still don’t know how this order got so messed up outside of complete complacency and disregard.

  I recently purchased a new bobcat 61 in zero turn lawn mower and I could not have been more happy with the sales process with my sales professional, Haley. I checked out a couple units that were cheaper but at the end of the day knew that bobcat was far superior hands down. Haley took care of every last detail from the test drive to the white glove delivery with a full tank of gas on top of it! Make sure and ask for Haley as you will not be disappointed. Very excited to put this new machine to work. Thanks again, Haley and the crew at Ironhide Equipment.
