Most recently, my home laptop failed, and we had everything moved over to a refurbished laptop with nothing lost by the end of the day. I reached out to Kevin and he responded via email very promptly. After taking it in, Kevin explained (in detail) what the possible outcomes might be. After taking it apart (same day) he followed and let me know it was good to go. At pick up, he explained everything and provided me with a ton of useful info for my laptop and it's operating systems. He even turned off those annoying pop ups that come up when I first boot up my computer for apps I never use. I will be using him for any future computer issues without question.
