  Best place to live… so beautiful and quiet. The property manager. Shelby Killian is amazing and so sweet. She has a great staff and they are always so kind as well. I call here home for me. Highly recommend for others too as well!

  Living at Inverness Cliffs Apartments has been an awesome experience! The community is quiet, clean, and has beautiful views. The location is super convenient, and the whole place feels peaceful and well-kept. The management team is fantastic — always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  Absolutely love living at Inverness Cliffs! Every staff member has been super nice to me since moving in. The surplus of amenities are great, love being able to use the public grilling areas or walk on the walking track and cannot explain how beautiful the pool area is! My favorite thing so far is the nature that surrounds and lives throughout the apartments, so peaceful every time I walk outside. This is by far the most beautiful apartment complex in this area because of the plants and trees..it does NOT feel like a concrete jungle like most other apartments in this area.

  Tried to schedule a tour. What a sorry excuse for a self guided tour. When we arrived, there were people in the office but the office was closed. We tried to get into the apartment but the code went away the moment we walked to the front door and couldn't get in. The entire complex smelled like pot and this is the second time we've tried to go here. This is the worst experience we have ever had. From my experience, they only want to rent apartments to gullible people in a pinch needing to move quickly. They should be ashamed.

  Super thin walls and ceilings that creak with any small step upstairs neighbors take. old apartments that they claim have been remodeled. Tell me why my entire apartment had carpet…. Even the dining room. All the leasing staff is lie and send passive aggressive emails to RESIDENTS. Must forget who they work for and what industry they’re in. Lex will lie to your face if it means you sign a lease with Inverness cliffs. Adam was the only good manager during my time there.
