No one ever returned my call, so I ended up scheduling with one of their competitors, who provided excellent same-day service. Over a week or so later, I got a surprise call from one of Aquatic’s technicians saying he was on his way to my house. I told him the issue had already been fixed and there was no need to come to my house. So he did not come to my house. Then, unbelievably, they charged my credit card without my authorization for service they never provided. When I called to discuss it, their service manager, Alli, was argumentative, rude, and completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you expect timely communication, honesty, or basic customer respect.

We especially appreciate him being careful about water spillage and making a mess- since the pool mechanical room is inside our home. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and he gave advice about upcoming maintenance issues that we will need to address before next season. At this point- we routinely request him to do all of our pool services. He is a credit to Aquatech as a company!
