  Do Not Purchase from Interior 2000 Whether through builder selections or direct purchase, I strongly advise against buying from Interior 2000. I purchased a very expensive modern linear fireplace from them, and within just two years, the interior began melting due to heat exposure—clearly a manufacturing defect. Despite the high price and clear product failure, Interior 2000 refuses to take any responsibility because the purchase is over a year old. They will not stand behind their product, leaving me with no choice but to replace the entire fireplace at my own cost. I will now be purchasing from a reputable company that backs the quality of their products. Save yourself the disappointment and expense—shop elsewhere.

  I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary here. I hired Interior 2000 to supply and install a custom glass shower enclosure. I provided a specific layout, confirmed by phone that it could be done, and received an estimate based on that layout. What ended up being installed was something entirely different—with no communication or explanation of the change before or during the process. When I raised the issue, I was told the original design “might not have worked,” but that was never brought to my attention. I even met their tech on-site, showed him the intended layout, and discussed it in detail. Despite that, the final install didn’t reflect what was agreed upon, and I was still charged the same price. To make matters worse, the door doesn’t function properly—it opens and blocks access to the diverter, and when exiting, it closes off access to the towels. The fact that this was even installed without anyone mentioning the clear functional issues says a lot about their experience and attention to detail. Unfortunately, when a company can’t communicate properly or take responsibility when something goes wrong, that’s a dealbreaker for me. I won’t be using Interior 2000 again, and I can’t recommend them to others based on this experience.

  Poor customer service and company. I am not one to often do reviews, but buyers need to know the truth. We had our fireplace installed through Interior 2000 during our home construction. Had problems with it every year we turned it on. After second year of issues, they told us if they had to return they will need to replace a part. We have same issue again and call, now they claim to have no records of our calls or work orders and refused to do the service. Sad...
