    Haven't had service a day yet and it's not working. Apparently there's issues across the entire area. Guess I should've saved my money.

    Internet is constantly going in and out after we had extenders added power went out and extenders haven’t worked since cannot get anyone to come out and fix it talk about a waste of 150$ a month switching to starlink because it’s cheaper and much much better

    Absolutely the worst service/company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been calling for 4 days over an outage & keep getting told they put in a ticket. Found out on day 4 they had put the ticket in on the morning of day 4. They keep telling me they are sending a tech but they don’t know when. I can’t say anything good about this company.

    I experience outages at least once a week. Every time I call, I’m told it’s due to “scheduled maintenance.” However, I find it hard to believe that a reputable company needs maintenance this frequently. On top of that, my bill has gone up by over $10, yet I can’t go a full week without internet issues. This is becoming extremely frustrating.

    Probably the best customer service experience I've had in a few years. My 3 year old and I came in to figure out the best plan for us, being new to the area i had no idea. The representative who helped me was incredibly helpful, efficient, and kind. My son has a speech delay and gets nervous if someone doesn't understand what he's trying to say; however, no less than 5 employees heard him playing and took time to talk to him, give him suckers, and even play hide and seek 😉 Truly amazing people. I would be more than happy to remain their customer for as long as I'm able.
