  We were very pleased with the professionalism that Yandy displayed while servicing/maintenance of our units. He provided a thorough inspection and provided us with any recommendations to keep our units in proper working condition. Believe me, living in Florida air conditioning is a necessity. Integrity is very professional and sends you the information of who your technician will be, nice added touch.

  🚨WARNING! SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER 🚨 AVOID THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! THEY ALMOST KILLED SOMEONE WITH THEIR HORRIBLE INSTALL, AND USED OUR (NOT FINISHED) BATHROOM WITHOUT ASKING, AND CAUSED THOUSANDS IN DAMAGES! My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. What I went through was the definition of a bait-and-switch, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Let me break it down: They inspected my property and confirmed in writing that a single 5-ton system would be enough to cool the shed. They kept calling, emailing, and texting me to “win my business” (yes, I saved every message) and eventually dropped the price to get me to say yes, with the clear understanding it would cool the entire shed. Fast-forward: the shed is still sweltering 88 degrees climbing to 103 degrees like nothing was ever installed. Then they suddenly claimed, “Oh, this system won’t work after all” and demanded an outrageous $20,000 more for another system… on top of what we already paid. Instead of $20K, they tried to make it $40K. This “surprise” only came after the system failed to cool the space. They knew exactly what was needed when they walked through the door, they saw the space, the layout, the requirements. There is no world where they “just realized” a second system was necessary. This was a setup from the beginning. They failed to complete the contract as agreed, concealed key information until after they got paid, and then tried to pressure us into handing over even more money. Under Florida law, this is fraudulent and deceptive trade practice, and I am pursuing legal action and reporting them to have their license revoked. This is the kind of predatory behavior that could devastate elderly homeowners, young couples, and anyone inexperienced in contracting work. I refuse to let them keep doing this to people. Other contractors I’ve since spoken to said flat out: “They had to have planned this scheme from the start.” And I believe it, because there’s no way a legitimate company wouldn’t mention the need for two systems before starting the job. If you value your money, sanity, and peace of mind, do NOT do business with this company. They will overpromise, underdeliver, and drain your wallet while leaving your property worse than before. And they left heavy steel beams just hanging from the ceiling that could have literally killed someone! All we got was, ok I can come remove it. Ok and if it killed someome, then what? Frankly, they should rename themselves “NO INTEGRITY” because that’s the only honest thing they could put on their trucks!
