  So far so good. I have only had interactions with the sales person Teague. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. I have not had any other interactions with the company other than an email to say when they were starting. No welcome or Thank you which would have been warm if they reached out.

  The Project Ultimately turned out great, but I did have to follow up with them a few times and get their General Manager, Anthony "Harvey" Braker, to come take a look at their work. Harvey agreed it was not done to their quality standards, so he sent their Production Manager, Tony Latona, to make sure is was fixed right. They initially left the deck posts footings exposed out past the sides if the deck, also the stairs on the right side were not updated per Wisconsin Building Code, and few other issues (see the initial install photo on left, and the after correction photo, on the right, below). Ultimately, the deck projected turned out the way it should have been done initially. Their Decking Product, from DuxxBak Composite Decking LLC in Green Bay, is a great product and it should last for years. Thank you, Harvey and Tony, for your following and standing behind your work. It is much appreciated.
