Our onboarding process begins with a thorough, paid IT assessment, which helps find the vulnerabilities and incompatibilities in your system before we get started. We translate our learnings into a one-year IT strategy, budget and roadmap, and with your approval, the 30-day onboarding process begins. During this time, we’ll meet with your current IT service provider to discuss transitions, address remediations, purchase/install any needed equipment and set up your client portal. New client billing begins when a contract is signed and is billed every 30 days thereafter.
