    Do not get your insurance through this company! In the time they were my insurer the following happened: 1) They misreported a hit-and-run on my legally parked/unattended vehicle so that it showed I was at fault. This added to my costs without me knowing. 2) When I asked them to help me find a more affordable insurance option, they told me my auto insurance couldn’t get any cheaper than it was. Which felt wrong since I had the most expensive insurance of anyone I knew and a relatively clean driving history. I called another insurer and they found me an option with the same or better coverages that saved me $7000 a year ($1300 on auto, $5700 on home)! 3) They didn’t make key recommendations such as uninsured driver coverage. When I talked to another insurer, they were appalled I didn’t have that and indicated not having it could have been life-altering. Save yourself thousands and go with somebody else.

    I've used Joan and Jeremy at Insurance Town & Country for 7 different insurance policies now. Frankly, I couldn't have done it without them. My previous policies did not give me the proper coverage I needed and Joan was kind to take time to go through my old policies with me and then offer new policies that suited my specific needs.     I have used Insurance Town and Country for 7 years. They have done an outstanding job with my personal auto, home, umbrella policies. I also have all of my workers comp, general liability, bond and auto insurance. It is so nice to have everything with a company that know me and knows what I need. They are so much more than an Insurance Company. They truly help me to grow my business by handling all of my insurance needs with knowledge and experience! I highly recommend them!
