They tackled every aspect of the project with professionalism and determination - nothing stood in their way of delivering the full scope.   We recently returned to this outfit for the installation of 15 windows and a new guest bathroom tile floor. The work was expertly accomplished by technicians who were experts, good communicators, and respectful of our home and our time. The oversight by company leadership and project managers was also excellent. Highly recommend.

  Highly recommend Rick! We were referred to him by friends of ours who really couldn't have said better things about him. We felt that connection was very important. With contractors, there is always a slight unease going into a relationship blind, and that personal connection gave us comfort. Sure enough, Rick did excellent work, was flexible and attentive to changes or concerns, and the finished product is fantastic. We redid much of the main floor of a house we purchased, and a bathroom upstairs. It looks exactly as we hoped it would, some places even better. Rick has a great eye for detail and helped us find the design aesthetic we were looking for. He has since revisited the work a few times to make sure we were happy and asking if anything needed attention. That level of service is above and beyond. We couldn't have been more pleased and highly recommend him to anyone with work that needs to be done. He has subsequently redone my parent's bathroom and a coworker's master bath as well. The confidence I had in him that lead to my recommending him to my own parents and a coworker tells you everything you need to know.

  Our neighbor recommended Innovative Building Solutions. We met with Rick and described our desired remodel, which extended the house 6 feet on two floors and included a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. Rick drew up sketches, answered any questions we had, and even gave us the code to a house he had just completed to look at his work without anyone around. Rick did everything for us and even went to the city hearing on our behalf to justify the extension. He rolled with any changes we had, made suggestions for design decisions, and found the materials we liked to match the original house, and some at a cheaper price. Rick's team was professional, clean, and did an outstanding job. We're very happy with our expansion, our beautiful kitchen, and bathroom. We would recommend Innovative Building Services to anyone looking for a large or small change to their house.
