  I called the "office" to get information and a possible solution to a problem I had. . I was given wonderful advice, direction and solutions as well as A LOT of help. To complete the tasks I needed to do to fix my issues I ended up with multiple calls as well as several emails. There were quite a few laughs along the way. I was overjoyed with how easy they made it for me. By the end I was wishing I could give them all a BIG hug and raise in pay!! Wonderful people to deal with!!!

  Came home to a 'sorry we missed you' card on the door. NEVER called. Already had Direct TV. Call them to ask what the deal was and that they may have the wrong address. Lady said she would look into it. Don't watch tv for a couple days, go to turn on the game and come to find out THEY CUT THE CHORD. Absolute idiots. Made a police report and in the morning will be visiting them for vandalizing our home. It may be a misunderstanding but I bet someone is paying for service they don't have on top of all this.
