  Great service, Joel was great and Professional. Showed up on time and let me know when he dropped off my vehicle at the shop. Great company the only one our family uses. Highly recommended!!

  Carlos was pompt, courteous, and professional. It took Carlos only about 15 minutes to pull the vehicle from a tight spot within a two car garage and then tow it to the mechanic for repair. Thank you Carlos and thank you Ingram Towing & Impound Services.

  Broke down within walking distance. First person I meet is Carlos. I was already not having a good day, and Carlos helped me out as they just closed the office. It was easy to setup the appointment and within minutes Carlos jumps into the tow truck and drives me to to get my truck. Carlos is a great driver and maneuvered that towtruck expertly to quickly pick up the truck and drive me home. I called again and requested Carlos the next morning so I can tow it to the mechanic. Great guy and company.

  On September 29 I observed an Ingrams Towing driver operating a vehicle in an aggressive manner on Highway 92 around 4:00 p.m. The driver cut in front of a school bus, weaved in and out of traffic, tailgated other vehicles, and made repeated unsafe lane changes while trying to get to a wreck. I recognize the importance of arriving quickly to assist those in need of towing, however this type of erratic driving is unsafe and creates unnecessary risk for the public. Towing in this case is not an emergency life saving service, and endangering other drivers and children on the road in the process is unacceptable.
