  I inherited an old pool plumbing system that was clearly overly complicated and didn't even work properly. I couldn't find anyone on Kauai who understood the system and could help fix it. Fortunately, a contractor gave me Steven's name and company in Oahu, and I couldn't be happier with the work Steven and his crew did. They completely replumbed everything, replacing a ton of equipment and simplified and improved the control and operation. Steven is really a pool plumbing savant, works extremely efficiently, and is just great to work with. Highly recommended!!

  When we purchased our house in January the old owners needed to buy a new heater for the pool. They used this company and purchased a brand new heater. A week later we were proud owners of this problem purchased from this company. We uses the heater 3 times since we moved in January and it's broken??? When called to have it repaired they said it's not covered and I would have to pay 250. Well here is the text I received when he knew we only used it 3 times.. "Spoke with Dennis. Warranties do not transfer ownership. I can offer you the following as good will. Pentair will supply the part as goodwill and labor would be charged and billed to you. Labor charge for this repair is predicted at $250. Plus tax. Payment due upon immediate completion. Let me know if you would like to move forward Steve-Infinity Pools" Run from this company....

  It was an excellent experience working with Steve to replace our Intermatic pool control system that had developed issues. We got this house not knowing anything about salt pools or equipment. Steve explained our setup and how all the components worked then recommended a simple to operate system for these seniors. He is definitely knowledgeable about pools and pool equipment. He provided an estimate while he was here and followed up with a written estimate. He had also recommended a simple repositioning of our salt generator as our current setup was not covering our spa when it was on. We scheduled installation of our new Pentair control system on March 3rd. Steve and crew showed up early and had the new system up and running by mid afternoon which also included a spa side remote for one touch control of our spa, jets and Polaris. He took time explaining system operation and answered our many questions. They returned early the following morning as agreed to reposition the salt generator. We’re very satisfied with the work performed and highly recommend Steve and Infinity Pools.

  Couldn't be happier with the work Steven did for us. Complete pool pump and filter system rebuild with Intellichlor salt cell. You should have seen what it looked like before Infinity Pools fixed it. Super professional and knowledgeable. Highly Recommended! D Gomez, GM AOAO Diamond Head Sands
