Terry and the rest of the team replaced my mom's heating and air conditioning system several months ago. The previous system was outdated and parts are no longer being manufactured based on that refrigerant. There were some hiccups due to a faulty part that required several additional follow-up maintenance visits, but they made sure to get everything situated and working properly at no additional personal expenses. No issues ever since. I believe they also went ahead and registered the hardware with the manufacturer(s) for the factory warranties on our behalf.
Though I paid using a loan through my bank of choice for convenience, they do offer in-house financing with competitive interest rates. If you have any questions, they're quick to try to get you the info you need. Would recommend for maintenance, repair, and/or replacement work.

ISI Service technician, Jason, installed a new blower motor on the air handler. The old part had seized on the sub-frame and required vigorous measures in the shop. Installing the motor on the sub-frame was completed over the weekend and Jason came back to complete the warranty part installation on a Sunday, with no increase in the labor cost.
