We purchased carpet and had it installed on our stairs about a year ago by an Indoor City installer. The staircase flows into our kitchen, which we were planning to have remodeled. When the installer came last year, I mentioned that we were going to have work done and would be changing out the flooring in the kitchen. She said that they would be willing to come back and reinstall the carpet after our work was done. Fast forward to today, I called the sales person that I dealt with last year at Indoor City and requested that they come out. She quoted me a price of $250 to do what essentially would be a five minute job cutting and tacking the bottom of the rug to the bottom of the stair. I called another flooring company who we have done business with in the past and they are going to come out and do it at no charge. We love the carpet on our stairs and the installer was great, but you would think Indoor City would want to foster Customer Loyalty. I would’ve been fine paying them, but felt that that was pretty outrageous.

We had a great experience working with Samantha Jordan! She was very helpful in helping us select LVP flooring for our home. We also went with her recommendation for backsplash tile and love how everything turned out. Samantha was spot on in recommending quantities of the materials based on our measurements which led to minimal waste. Communication was great throughout the process and the warehouse team was friendly and helpful during each pickup.

I am not a person that usually writes reviews but after the treatment that we received at this business I felt compelled to inform others. I would not recommend this business to anybody. We originally met with the owner's son and he was friendly and helpful. However, he soon passed us along to an employee named Beth Stover and she was horrible. Every time I spoke with her on the phone she was was rude and acted frustrated if you asked questions or clarification. We had an issue with our granite piece in the bathroom being drilled to large and instead of her being helpful, she was nasty and accusatory. It could have been fixed with a simple drain that costs $100 and instead of fixing the problem she was horrible and condescending to me on the phone. (This wasn't the only conversation that we had with her where she was short and rude). When I told her that I didn't appreciate her tone (I was just trying to get clarification) she began screaming at me on the phone, telling me she didn't like my attitude and then hung up on me. It was so unbelievable. In speaking to the owners son, he did rectify the problem by giving us the drain but appeared to excuse her behavior. Because we were so appalled by her behavior, I called the President of the company and he never called me back. I hold the owners just as responsible for allowing an employee to treat their customers like this and for not calling me back which is totally unprofessional. Oddly enough, as we began informing friends of this we have across two other people that have had negative encounters with this particular employee. Shame on you Indoor City! My next step is calling the Better Business Bureau.
