One of the most striking aspects that sets it apart from hospitals I've dealt with in the past is the front desk and how courteous and efficient everyone at the front desk is. It's clear that everyone who works there is respected and valued by their co-workers and vets. Every doctor I've seen there takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions I have.

Took my dog in for a very minor cut on his paw and walked out with $310 dollar bill for bandage and honey treatment. Just called to schedule a vaccine and the they told me they would not do the vaccine without a wellness exam which is almost $100. They see my dog like three times a year. Great service once again, just don't care for their business practices.
