  The office staff was really nice but I had a bad experience when it comes to their work ethics. I just moved in two days ago and none of the staff knew that the apartment I was assigned had no electricity in the master bedroom and closet. There are electrical sockets cover that were left open and a whole in the wall with wires hanging out. I’ve paid my deposit and some, and still wasn’t able to move my bedroom furniture in due to no electricity in the master bedroom. This is a real inconvenience and truly believe that this is an issue that should have been taken cared of prior to me moving in……currently wait to see how long it will take them to fix this situation.

  I’ve been a resident here for some time and appreciate having a place to call home. That said, I want to share a concern that I hope will be taken as constructive feedback. The washer and dryer in my unit have been out of order for months. I’ve reached out multiple times—via email, in person at the office, and over the phone—but the issue remains unresolved. While I understand the office is prioritizing emergencies, it doesn’t feel fair to be charged monthly for an amenity that hasn’t been functioning. I believe most residents would agree that prompt repair, especially after repeated in-person requests, is part of maintaining trust and satisfaction. I’m sharing this because I truly believe in open communication and because I know the management team can make things right. I hope this helps improve things not only for me, but for other residents as well.
