  Our delivery driver Tim was amazing and super informative about safety and maintenance of our propane tank. Super nice guy. Susan was extremely helpful as well and got my account all set up quickly. I'm glad I chose independent and will keep them as my propane supplier. I highly recommend them!

  Using this company is DANGEROUS and could lead to SEVERE PROPERTY DAMAGE. My mom used this company and recently had her tank roll down the hill. The line disconnected and caused gas to spray all over and her house may have been ruined if it weren’t for a quick response from emergency services. In addition to imposing a severe risk the company has also not compensated my mom so far for the broken fence, broken chicken coop, and fallen tree that the propane tank rolling down the hill caused. I’m posting this so that others can avoid this company and getting into a dangerous situation.

  We have been using Independent Propane for over 2 years. We have a mountain home, not super easy to get to. They’ve always been reliable. We needed our tank refilled last minute (my fault not theirs) and they were able to get someone out same day. Thank you so much to George and crew the best!
