We are a family-owned and operated business! We are located in Hickory, NC but we serve Charlotte, Indian Trail, Matthews, Midland, Concord, Gastonia, Harrisburg, Hudson, and Morganton, along with Fort Mill, South Carolina and Nationwide!
We had a very big move that we think took the crew a bit off guard and presented some challenges that they were successfully able to work through. Each team member was kind, careful, and respectful, both personally and with our belongings.

Just want to say how amazing Nathan Brandon and Tyler was today. They made it very easy for my to understand the process. I would recommend to who ever want to move. Amazing people and great workers. They took the time to fix and repack every box.

We hired In and Out Moving & Delivery for our move that was scheduled mid May. Our closing was delayed and our rescheduled date was for early June. We contacted In and Out to reschedule however they did not have availability for that date. We proceeded to schedule with a different company. The following day we were contacted by In and Out requesting that we stay with them and that they had made arrangements so that they could do our move. Since we initially hired In & Out we decided to stay with them. The crew showed up on time. Leader expressed that this was not his regular crew and the 2 with him were newer to the job. When they started we were not able to be at the home however we did have family in the home to oversee until we returned. When we returned home I realized they were trying to squeeze a couch and chase lounge through an interior door. I informed them they would need to take the door off. They did and had no trouble after that. I also had to instruct and help with putting the front door back on. After furniture was removed from upstairs, we were alerted of some damage to door casings and wall. Upon inspection there was more damage that we were initially shown. Pictures were taken. They day seemed to move slowly, especially since we had already packed all items other than the furniture. The leader informed us they were running out of room in their truck and we still had a significant amount of items to load. One of the issues he says was that the lift gate on the truck was broke and they had to store a ramp within the truck. I was present when the leader was on speaker phone with a male from the company. The male was urging him to finish up because they needed the truck. We ended up making 3 trips with 3 cars and a trip with a sprinter van to finish the move. I assume since they were told to hurry, because when they unloaded at the new residence the beds were not put back together. The sofa and chair feet were not put back on, everything was just thrown in the home. In the following days I noticed that the corners of my light colored sectional sofa were dirty and the side of the sofa had a hole the size of a pencil eraser. I have wood dining chairs with deep scratches. There was a box labeled kitchen that was open and disfigured. I am missing several kitchen items. I sent pictures of the damage and after 2 calls and an email I did received an email saying they would send someone out to assess the damage and "fix' the damaged door casings. However this is a new home and I felt it should be replaced rather than fixed. We no longer own the home that was damaged and told the company I would notify them if the new owners were to request any repairs. They offered a small amount of money for the damaged chairs. I did not take money for the chairs cause honestly I just wanted to move on after making 2 phone calls going back and forth through email. The 3 guys that moved our belongings were very polite. I don't think they were equipped with the training or the tools they needed to complete the job. I felt we were overcharged for the job and quality that we received. I did voice my dissatisfaction to a female that I spoke to after the move. She said she would be too and that she was sorry.
