  I switched from progressive after being unhappy with the cost and service I was getting. Bear River is significantly cheaper and there’s no phone tree! If there is anything I need or have questions on, I can give my agent a call and she’s fantastic! 10/10 would recommend

  Janet is the best I love talking to her cause I can ask hard (for me to ask thinking it would hurt asking my insurance agent) questions and she will answer them and gave me the answers I wanted without it being an issue I have a son turning 16 and don't want to get dinged with a big bill and she told me the price and why and about if i went to another agency or if i started a plan just for him and she left it at that and did not bother me after (I did go look and everything she told me was spot on not that I did not trust her just wanted to know myself) I will stay with Janet for that reason I have been with this agency for a few years now and plan to stay for how honest and reliable Janet is I would recommend you letting Janet help you with all your insurance needs
