  I called today to get a quote on a transfer case actuator for my BMW and upon getting a quote I was chewed out by a mechanic chassis and never got a quote. You’d be sending your business somewhere else. This is the most unprofessional and illegally business. I’ve been to in a long time. Do not bring your car here you’ll be dimmed the nickel and you won’t receive quality service.

  These folks have helped me out with my 85 VW Westfalia Camper many times. It’s an old rig and they always take care of it. Recently, I had an issue with a local dealership. Long story short, the dealership tried to not honor the warranty. John and Josh diagnosed my 2019 VW Alltrak’s issue over the phone. With their info I got the dealership to honor the warranty. These guys are gruff, honest, smart, funny, fair and knowledgeable. If (or when, let’s be honest) the dealership’s work doesn’t pan out, I know where I will go. Thanks you guys.

  Import Palace rules! John and the gang are great. My 1978 VW bus has never ran better. I always feel listened to, fully informed, and happy.
