  We had a very disappointing experience with Imperial Cleaners. We were visiting Florida for a wedding and needed two shirts pressed and a dress cleaned from a small water stain. Our Airbnb host recommended this place, and when we dropped off our items, we spoke with a lovely woman named Helen who assured us that everything would be ready that same day. When we picked them up the next day, the results were extremely poor. The red shirt looked like only the sleeves had been ironed, and the blue shirt had extra creases throughout. Both shirts had to be re-ironed by my husband. Even worse, my dress appeared to have velcro-type damage around the seat area that was not there before. We pointed out the issues and requested a refund, but the young man working there said he wasn’t the owner and couldn’t issue one. He did agree that the shirts weren’t pressed properly and that the dress looked damaged, but the owner never returned his call. We understand mistakes happen, but the lack of follow-up or apology made it worse. No one called to take responsibility or offer a solution. They get 1 star only because they were able to remove the water stain — otherwise, this would be zero. So please beware!!!

  THIS location. Was highly disappointing. The staff was not appropriate and disregarding towards other workers. They were old in age and were making rude remarks. Frankly do not recommend this location and if anything get new staff, if that man was even a staff member. TREAT YOUR STAFF with respect. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS with honor.

  Super nice people. seamstress does great alterations. Clothes always come out looking great. They take great care and pride in their work.
