  I absolutely love living here! The pool is incredibly spacious and perfect for relaxing. The sunsets are breathtaking and provide a gorgeous view every evening over the river. They’ve spared no expense in furnishing the clubhouse and lobby areas with top-notch, stylish furniture. The maintenance team is fantastic—responsive and efficient, always keeping everything in top condition. And a special shoutout to Brittany—she truly contributes to the wonderful vibe of the complex. Highly recommend this place!

  Amazing property! Brittany and Brooke in the office made our move in a breeze and our place is gorgeous. Professional and actually take the time to get to know the residents. The complex is meticulously maintained from the pool, workout area, grounds and everywhere In between! Safe and secure with the latest electronic conveniences. All the upgrades here! We love it here and wish we would’ve found it sooner! By far the best in Bonita- hands down!

  Living at Imperial Crossing was the best choice I could make! They’re wonderful, happy ,friendly and are always welcoming! There could not be a better TEAM!!!!! It’s lovely to be here because of Brittany, Brooke And of course MIKE! Whoever lives here is blessed! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  Absolutely beautiful units. Brittany took her time listening to my needs and my budget, and had an incredible amount of patience as I took the time deciding on an apartment. Moving in was a breeze! The community has people of all ages, and everyone that I have encountered since my move is very friendly. I have no regrets moving into Imperial Crossing! In fact, I wish I would have signed for longer than 1 year!

  My fiancé and I moved here in May and have had the best experience! Brittney, our leasing professional, was a pleasure to work with. Her bubbly personality is one of the reasons we decided to lease here. Brooke is also very sweet anytime I’ve spoken with her. Mike is the best maintenance man you could ask for! All around this is a great team to have for such a nice property.
