  Impact Construction and Roofing photographed and documented hail damage to our home that our homeowner’s insurance company had denied on a claim. Their roofing experience and understanding of how to work with insurance claims got our entire roof replaced after two local roofing contractors had failed to get the claim approved.   I originally called Impact Construction for a quote on siding replacement. Levon came out and took the measurements for the siding, and while he was on the roof he went ahead and inspected it. He found enough hail damage to total the roof from a storm that occurred this past spring. He was very helpful in working with our insurance company to get the proper amount of coverage we deserved/needed to get all of the repairs completed. I wouldn’t have known what needed to be included in the insurance adjustments’ report without his help. He got us the most out of our insurance claim. His communication was great, and the process went very smoothly! We are very happy with the results, and will plan to use them in the future! Thanks for bringing our nineties’ house into 2025!

  In 2018, at the time of the sale, Impact Construction replaced the existing roof on the house I purchased. A complimentary inspection of the roof has been done every year since then. Any concern has been addressed and we have been reassured as to the condition of the roof. We greatly appreciate the professional and efficient manner in which Impact conducts business.
