  If Google had the ability to give 10 stars, that's what I would give Immaculate Roofing. Allow me to explain. I don't trust most contactors. I don't like most contractors. I put them on the same level as personal injury attorneys and people that kick dogs. And most contractors, if they're honest with you, will admit even they have been ripped off by other contractors. If you're reading this review and are considering using Immaculate Roofing, you probably feel in angst (like I was) deciding which contractor to choose. The author Hunter S. Thomson wrote this about the music business and I think it applies to the contracting business as well, so I've changed a few words. "The Southern California residential contracting industry is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long wooden hallway where pimps and thieves run free and good men's wallets die like dogs. There is also a negative side" Immaculate Roofing is the complete opposite of above. The owner of Immaculate, Derek, and his right-hand man Joe and office staff (Hello, Linda & Diana!) are amazing - Everything was done with 100% adherence to CA State Contractor Board rules in dealing with residential customers regarding payment schedules and change orders. Rare! -- From my first meeting with Derek he gave me ideas and options, gentle guidance and most importantly, knowledge. Never once did I feel like he was trying to bump me for extras. He explained the pros and cons of everything without a "you're dumb if you don't do it this way" attitude like most contractors - Pro Tip: If a contractor tells you sternly, "I've been in the business for XXX years! and this is the only way to do it!", it's actually code for "I've learned this is the best way for me to make the most money from you in the shortest amount of work time." All the workers were great. It was obvious each person knew their role and they all seemed to like each other. They worked at a steady pace with complete confidence and professionalism. No one was playing grab-ass. They were there to work and I'd say the average age of the workers was mid 30's to early 40's - Pro Tip: If the workers that show up at your house appear to be in their late teens or early 20's, there's an extremely high probability you're about to be screwed. Young = inexperienced and cheap to hire. The foreman Joe is also a true professional and handled all my questions, and I had a zillion of them, like a master juggler. Never once dropping the ball. If I sent a text or left a voice mail, it was almost always answered within an hour or less. Never once during the entire process did I get a "Opps....we forgot to tell you" type of surprise. No one ever showed up unannounced. I was always given at least a 24 hours heads-up of any work to be done. Demo crew, underlayment, vents, flashing, shingles. Perfect. Probably the best way to express my happiness with Immaculate is I actually ENJOYED writing them checks. Thank you Immaculate Roofing. My only regret is I don't have another house for you to reroof.

  We were delighted with the outcome. Everything went as Derek had promised it would. Joe kept in touch with the onsite crew and us to make sure everything went smoothly. The companies they referred us to for A/C needs, solar panel needs and follow up painting were all great. A potentially painful experience wasn’t at all painful. Thank you!

  Disappointed they promise we will receive $840 in rebate, we didn't receive it because the install in oct. 2022, our cool roof, which didn't meet the city requirements, which the city told us it was effective 7/22. The offer is two years maintenance complimentary. Finally, they booked in November 2023. They scheduled an appointment for 8 am and called to change it to mid day, which I told it would not work for me. Then they said they would come after 8 am. I waited until 11 a.m., and then I had to leave. My camera recorded workers coming at 1:30pm. They called during the week and left a message about why I was not home. I told them I couldn't wait all day for them to come. I've never heard from them again. I think it was all pretending they were trying to make good on their mistakes. All was good until the roof was installed. After the installation, I could not reach anyone, and they did not respond to my calls. The roof installation was fine. They installed GAF shingles for us. Their crew was experienced and skillful. Bad in follow-up after installation and unreachable.

  I recently got a my house re-roofed by Immaculate Roofing and my wife couldn't be happier. They were amazing at every step of the way. I had researched and chose them mainly based on yelp reviews. And they still exceeded my expectations.
