Imagine Builders provides tenant improvements, alterations of existing buildings, designs/build and ground-up projects, facelifts, and build-to-suit development to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the entire Valley, AZ.
Avoid Imagine Builders! They hire bottom-tier workers and charge top-tier prices. On day one of construction, the workers nearly left the job because they were holding the plans upside down, and no foreman was there to flip it right side up. And the project dragged on for months longer than it should have. Sometimes weeks would go by with no work getting done. In the end, we had to hold the final payment hostage just to get the job finished, and nearly went to court after being ignored by management to get their warranty work completed. This company is run unprofessionally by its owner, office staff and subcontractors. Zero stars should be an option.

When reaching out to receive information, I was told to call back because the lady was too busy. What a joke.

We had numerous problems with this builder including defective/terrible workmanship that led to costly repairs and loss of business due to required store closures for those repairs. Company was unresponsive to complaints, did not show in court when sued and has dodged efforts to collect on a court judgement of over $10K plus accumulating interest from 2 years ago. Avoid this builder and those that have worked for them. Would rate a negative number of stars if possible.
Our business operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
How long will it take for you to complete a project for us?
Project duration varies based on size. Typically, our tenant improvements take approximately 2-3 months of construction time. The specific timeline will depend on your project's scope and complexity.
Do I have to have a complete plan for an estimate?
A complete set of plans is not necessary for us to provide you with a budget estimate. We can work with preliminary information to give you an initial cost projection.
We are looking for a general contractor to complete a new restaurant project. How long would that take to complete?
For a new restaurant project, the estimated completion time is approximately 3-4 months. This timeline accounts for the specialized equipment installation required in the kitchen area.
What are your terms for a tenant improvement build-out?
Our standard payment terms for tenant improvement build-outs are as follows: 30% down payment at project initiation, 30% at 50% completion, 30% at 90% completion, and the final 10% upon project completion and receipt of the certificate of occupancy.
Do you have the manpower to complete the job in a timely fashion?
We collaborate with a network of subcontractors, allowing for flexible workforce allocation. This approach enables us to adjust manpower as needed to ensure timely project completion.
