  Patrick Ihu is one of the best and honest realtors in the island! Hands down to Patrick! When we were looking for an auto shop we reached out to few realtors before we met him, and we felt like we were nothing those realtors didn't take us seriously maybe because they thought we were going to waste their time, and we were young and didn't believe on us then we reached out to Patrick and we felt comfortable with him and we thought we were going to get the same treatment with other realtors but he was on it! He was there to help us find a shop even though he was not going to make that much money. This guy won't leave you behind. Few years after Patrick helped us again with our first commercial property! Will definitely recommend Ihu Properties if you're looking to buy, sell or least any properties!

  Patrick Ihu was the professional who helped me out and what can I say except that my experience has been nothing short of excellent. A hard working, passionate, and intelligent man is at the helm of Ihu Properties. In my time with him Patrick has shown to be a true representative to the needs of a client. He helped me find a location that suited all my wants and needs within a shorter timeframe than I anticipated. You can’t go wrong with having Ihu Properties on your side.

  SO rude and basically told us that we were wasting his time when he was the one who did not get back to us when we called and texted. He asked to run a credit check when he already found another renter without telling us that the unit was off the market already. He also told us to come by for viewing and failed to show up. We asked for a picture of the place and he rudely told us that he sent us one when the only thing we received was a short 5 second video that showed us nothing at all. Would not recommend.

  Best help I had so far since looking for a home. Very understanding. Finding a home can be challenging at some point or another and with there services it really made things so much better. Imua ihu! Mahalo❤
