  The man at the front desk was so rude to me. He wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before he cut me off. He was annoyed that I was there to pick tickets up and they weren't laid out waiting for me. He was annoyed he had to buzz me through the door. Slammed everything down when he had to go search for my tickets.
