While we do not provide repair services, our staff can assist with basic troubleshooting and help identify issues. We can also recommend appropriate replacement parts if needed.
How should I store my cigars?
For optimal preservation, cigars should be stored in an airtight container with controlled humidity, such as a Boveda bag or a dedicated humidor.
Do you sell single cigars or only boxes?
We offer individual cigars for purchase in-store. Full boxes are available upon request. If we don't have a specific cigar in stock, we can place special orders through our distributor.
