  We made an appointment. They confirmed the appointment by calling me a business day before. I waited and no one arrived. I called and they asked if they can reschedule for another time. A kitchen renovation is stressful enough. If they can't arrive for the first meeting on time, I expect the renovation won't be on time either. They did apologize though!

  We had a great experience with a bathroom and a kitchen renovation. The owner, Steve, had a lot of design ideas that we probably wouldn’t have thought of and we accepted just about all of his suggestions. It gave us a lot more storage space than we expected. The carpenters were skilled, thoughtful and pleasant to have around the house. They were helpful with a couple of last minute changes and suggestions. The office staff was also pleasant, helpful and responsive. And of course, we’re very happy with the results.

  Ideal Kitchens installed a new kitchen and a new bathroom plus other projects in my house. The crew was very professional.The the work was excellent. The office people were very easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

  We hired Ideal Kitchens to do a counter upgrade, sinks and faucets in our home. Steve was very responsive and came to the house promptly and issued a fair quote for the job. His in house carpenters were top notch and very professional, they paid attention to the details and were not in a rush to finish the prep work for the counters. They cleaned up and were very courteous. Linda was fantastic, and she called multiple times throughout the process to ensure everything was on track. The stone installers were also fantastic and professional. Linda sent up a few of their crew to help move our large stove out of the way while they installed the large piece of stone, while they waited they even helped my wife bring in the groceries! One of our faucets was defective, Linda had a plumber there within 2 hours to put in a temporary. Overall, I could not be more impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail. My mother also used Ideal for a whole home makeover and she was also throughly impressed and elated with her outcome as well. Quality firm that stands behind their work.

  Second time having Ideal Kitchens in to remodel a kitchen for us. Absolutely amazing work! So nice to see an owner that not only comes out for sales calls but gets his hands dirty, Steve saw the whole project through from initial call all the way through completion.
