  Came here with my wife and kids after church. Everyone enjoyed their plates. Fried chicken and mac were full of flavor. Family-friendly spot with real comfort food. We’ll be back next Sunday for sure.

  Customer service was great as soon as I walked in I was greeted friendly. The place is clean and smelled amazing. I really enjoyed the fish plate it was perfect and the sides. But as a black women who cooks alot of soul food items the mac and greens was very bland.

  My first delivery from Ida Mae’s was an excellent experience. I appreciated the call to confirm a special request, and I have to give credit to the person who fried my spicy fish — it was cooked perfectly! My sides were greens and pinto beans, and if you haven’t tried them yet, you’re definitely missing out.

  I was pleasantly surprised when my family chose this place to celebrate my birthday. It turned out to be even better than I expected! The food was fantastic, and the staff were friendly, professional, and personable. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. A big thank-you to the staff and the owner for making my birthday so special!

  I jokingly called it “Ida Mae Brown’s,” but the food was absolutely delicious! I had the catfish — thick, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned so well I didn’t even need tartar sauce. The candied yams were amazing, and the cabbage was to die for! My wife had the smothered pork chops, and the portion was generous. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!
