  This location is good. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I had a good experience; the staff was great and I got my car in and out with no issues. It’s a tight squeeze up and down the ramp, but this is New York. Didn’t love walking down the driving ramp, but it actually felt pretty safe. Good location and easily accessible if you’re in the area.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE… 1 star because i have no choice, i will give this garage 0 star if could… $54 dollars for 1one hour! It’s just UNACCEPTABLE how bad they take advantage of everyone that goes there . …Icon parking, you suck

  I've been to some bad garages in the city, but this might be the worse. I prepaid for my car (Mazda CX9) for 4 hours which cost $50. When I got there, there were cars parked all up the entrance ramp so you could not pull in. I had to get out and walk down the ramp. When I got to the bottom there were no attendants. Finally someone showed up and told me to drive down the "do not enter" exit ramp. As I was driving down it, I almost hit another attendant who was driving up it and had to backup all the way down. Then I was told I have to pay an extra $17 dollars because my car was "too big". So... 25 Minutes later, after paying $70 for 3 hours, I was late for my Wife's surgery. Luckily, my car wasn't damaged, which is surprising given how they had cars park all up and down the ramp. I would rather hand my keys to a homeless person and ask them to watch my car than park there again.
