  After a desperate search for a safe, reliable and budget-friendly parking in Manhattan, I decided to give them a shot. With a short-notice reservation via SpotHero, I booked a 12-hour reservation (8:30 AM-PM) for $23! I arrived in a very clean, well-lit and organized conventional multi-level parking (not the typical autostacker / lift in NYC), which was great. The crew were courteous and efficient. I forgot to leave my car keys. They texted me and upon my quick return greeted me with a smile. Picked up my car in one minute. Big smile & no scratch. Absolutely recommend this parking. The best in game.
