  The hostess had to have the bar tender come over to take drink orders because she couldn't understand them. He also had a tough time. Dont expect any custom drink orders or food orders to be correct.

  I ordered take out and the guy who took my order was incredibly nice on the phone and when I picked up. The food was great and is very comparable to other hibachi restaurants in the area. The steak and shrimp combo was cooked perfectly.

  We just had dinner there tonight for the first time and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is cool with lots of pretty decor. My 18 month old son had a blast running around, checking it all out while we waited for our drinks/food. This place is definitely family friendly and I love that. Prices were typical for a hibachi restaurant and it was also clean including bathrooms. The food was so good and most importantly, ALL of the employees were incredibly kind. From the chef Steven, to our waitress, the bartender, and I believe either the owner or the manager came to speak with us at the end of our meal asking how everything was. We used to go to wasabi in independence for hibachi but now that we have Ichiban we will definitely be coming here instead! It’s a 5 minute drive from our house and all the workers were so much more personable! Overall, a great experience. We are happy to have a new, awesome restaurant nearby :)<3
