- VKVictoria King2 days ago1.0Amongst numerous other complaints, I have this is the second time I have scheduled online for them to come fix something and a technician never shows up. The brand new HVAC we had them installed is leaking refrigerant to the point where my house gets 80° every day the ductwork that we were told had mold in it turned out to be metal ductwork. We were promised by the sales person that they would replace all ductwork downstairs and this is apparently not going to be completed by them as they have left numerous cuts in our drywall. Mind you we had to finance $30,000 for this work that was supposed to be completed and wasn’t.

They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly and perfectly. They were both very knowledgeable and took their time to explain all the steps necessary to complete the process. And they do plumbing.

They've worked on / replaced / fixed several things including my AC, my water heater and believe me you will never need to call them back for the same issue. They are simply TOP TIER. They listen to you, explain, suggest and do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable with the whole process.
