  I had a heating problem called same day service, Mr Thomas eberline came in I wasn’t home he was so kind to come back after 15 min he waited, great service explained everything strongly recommend to all and decent price

  Mark Ludolph , the Technician came and took care of my problem with the draining system fast and very efficiently. Advised me to put in a drain stop if the line were to plug up, it would stop water from going all over the floor. Great call Mark. This will solve a major issue for me. Thanks Iceberg Heating and Cooling.

  Called this company because my furnace is out. Noone answered but I got a text back asking what was going on. Told them then nothing, no answers back.. text again later in the day... nothing... then after 4 they are gonna call because I text again. Obviously they have so much going on they dont need customers.

  Excellent service and repair! I reached out for an emergency repair and was connected with technician Mark Ludolph. Not only was Mark upfront about costs, but he refreshingly kind over the phone. I decided to go with Iceberg because my gut told me that he would take good care of me during the service. And he did not disappoint. Not only was he thorough in completing the repair, but he patiently answered my questions exhibiting the same care that he displayed over the phone. He even helped me to set up my new thermostat which another company that installed the thermostat should have done. All of this after midnight!!! I can't thank Mark enough. Such a gentleman and expert technician! May God continue to bless you and your family Mark! Thank you Iceberg!

  We booked a maintenance and tune up appointment for our residential AC and furnace today. Jeff was our wonderful technician. He very thoroughly explained the items of his maintenance checklist and went above and beyond answering my questions and giving me detailed instructions and tips for preventative maintenance that I could do between Iceberg appointments. Pricing and recommendations for surge protection were absolutely reasonable. Iceberg Heating & Cooling is by far the most professional HVAC service that I've ever encountered and Jeff is an exceptional team member. If possible, I would be thrilled to have Jeff return for our next service appointment. To all potential clients, please consider Iceberg for your next residential and light commercial unit maintenance!
