- VVVJul 3, 20234.0update: the company went out of their way to rectify the situation and confirmed that the salesman was fired. i'm revising my rating to 4*. i had formerly given them a high rating, but it turns out that the salesman completely bait and switched us on a tax credit for our AC unit. he reassured us that the unit we picked would qualify, and we bought a slightly more expensive unit because of it. it turns out that it does not. though they did good work and the technicians themselves were excellent, i can't recommend them because of this dishonesty.
