  iCare Elder Services is the most outstanding home care agency in the whole of north east Pennsylvania. I gotta say, my family have used other agencies before but to their lack of commitment, we had to switch to icare elder services. Their caregivers are outstanding when it comes to helping my mother. The owners are so down to earth. They show up for you every time you needed some, They even help make sure you receive the services they promise you.
