  IC&P assured me they understood my needs for a short load truck, where I would pay only for what I used. However, when it was time to deliver, they sent a full-size cement truck with the estimated order amount pre-mixed. Not only were we short on supply, but the company also charged $65.00 for standing time, which was spent training their new driver on setting up the chute and backing up the truck. I would only recommend this company to my worst enemy.

  I wish I could give this company less than one star. They messed up our order and brought out the wrong mix design. After clogging the pump a couple times their driver informed us he brought us the wrong mix with big rocks even though we ordered pea gravel. My crew ended up cleaning the mess left behind while the driver went to bring the correct mix two hours later. Even with the mistake they made, I offered to pay in full. However, that was not good enough for them. Karen from their office wanted to charge us a dump fee because we sent back 3 yards of concrete. I explained it was their mistake and she refused to charge our card unless I paid the dump fee. At the moment she is threatening to put a lien on the property. DO NOT USE this company.
